I recently received a $90 speeding ticket in Puerto Rico (yesterday, going 71 in a 65). Should I pay this ticket? I was driving a rental car from AVIS. I live in Michigan who is not part of the state compact on speeding tickets. What will happen if i don't? Will my insurance go up? Will my passport be "marked"? I only have 3 more days here please HELP!!!!!! Nothing will happen.
