Reason i ask is i really want to learn but people are saying lessons arnt worth it ??? And i should learn it myself.... I started at 9 yrs old. Taught myself mainly by ear. Learned basic chords from books. Then picked songs I wanted to learn and went from there. I still learn all the time. I guess at one time I was pretty good. Played with a lot of bands in front of a lot of people. Made decent money. Moved to LA for a while.
I am a beginner guitar player and I want to teach myself how to play one of Taylor Swifts songs. Does anyone know which one will probably be the easiest? Im a beginner too.
So i got a brand new gibson acoustic guitar, and im going to be taking professional lessons once school starts but in the meantime i want to try and teach myself. any suggestions? I'm really interested in learning guitar, but i don't have access to any lessons. I was wondering what the best way to go about this is. Should I use a specific book, video, or internet site?
